Congratulations to the Nacey crew yesterday! A beautiful and and action packed day on the water! The Nacey crew released a White Marlin and a Blue Marlin but the fun didn’t end before landing a nice catch of Dolphin and Tuna that surely made for a celebratory dinner! Excellent work guys!
Marlin fishing can be some of the most exciting fishing one can participate in. Monday while targeting billfish, Larry Fischer and his crew landed a couple of Dolphin and a Tuna and released a Sailfish! Little did they know the BIG ONE was waiting for them at the very end of the day!! Just as they were getting prepared to call it a day Arch and Lee noticed a billfish sniffing the teasers. Before they could blink an estimated 400 lb Blue Marlin was in the spread and GAME ON!! The Fischer’s fought hard and did fantastic angling to end the day with a lifetime Blue Marlin release! Congratulations Pelican and Fischer crew! Memorable for sure!
The Burgen crew landed a nice 46 lb Wahoo along with a Blue Marlin release, Tuna and several nice Dolphin! Pretty work!

No Sharks!!! The fleet did great today and we landed a nice catch of Yellowfin Tuna and Dolphin! Gearing up for July fun with excellent reports of billfish and Big Eye Tuna showing up in nice numbers for those boats targeting them. We’re looking forward to it! If there are specific days that suit your schedule for fishing July, I recommend getting those nailed down!!!
We are gearing up to start our season and boy have the Yellowfin already started hitting the docks by the box full!! We can’t wait to get out to the blue water! It’s been tough lately getting out with windy weather on the days we’ve been booked, but today we made it out and had a nice catch of Blackfin Tuna a nice Wahoo and a Dolphin. We’re looking forward to more action and better weather!! Happy to be fishing!!
