Perfect Timing!

A few members of the OCLTC (see below) had a really good warm up day on board the Pelican.  11 for 19 on the Whites.  Other boats fishing for same also did well. Lining up to be a great tournament.

The Pelican is proud to participate in the 65^th Ocean City Light Tackle Club Tournament kicking this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Jim Motsko is the tournament chair and a regular onboard the Pelican.  The billfish tournament and event is held each year at ports of call around the world. Three anglers per boat, in rotation with time limits on fish, will have a friendly competition and probably many stories to tell. OBX is proud to host the gathering of distinguished anglers this year. Sunday is there day of rest so they’ll be fun fishing.

Boats participating include the Obsession, Pelican, Sea Note, Sea Breeze, Trophy Hunter, Legasea, Qualifier, Rigged Up, Hooker, Skirt Chaser, Smoker, Sea Toy, A-Salt- Weapon and Haphazard.  We will post the results if and when we get them.
